Project Objective:
It’s a healthy cooking competition/seminars provided to 90 participants totally. Two seminars organized by The Society of Rehabilitation & Crime Prevention HK on nutritious food and guidelines on how to enter into the cooking competition to participants. Two participants in a team had prepared a tasty, healthy, cost effective dish with multifunctional cooker. Judges were DG Wilson Cheng; CP/President Sally, Restaurant Director Tina; Deputy Chief Executive of SRACP; Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner Kenneth Chui, who identified the winners based on taste, healthy values and appearance of dishes. Practitioner Kenneth attracted the rest of audiences on topic: “How to Maintain Healthy Diets and Lifestyles”. He won the applause from all participants.

Our members had packed the gifts for all participants. We exercised our team work and hope all participants enjoying the healthy cooking competition with a multi-functional rice cooker.
We judged the dishes on taste, healthy values and appearance of dishes.
The participant presented her dish to all judges on the healthy value and procedures to cook it.
The participants had received each an induction stove as a gift other than the multifunctional cooker and bags of food such as noodles, oatmeal, bread and cakes.
